Steam Down comes from the name of a musical evening that has electrified South East London every week since 2017. Little by little, a community formed until the creation of a real group led by the multi-instrumentalist Ahnansé. Steam Down is a London collective from Deptford, in the south-east of the English capital, which mixes hip-hop, R&B and electro. Since the release of the single "Etcetera" by the Blue Note label, the group has been on the rise. After the release of their first EP, Five Fruit, last year, the collective is currently working on the content of what will be their first album: a repertoire in the making to be discovered in preview on the festival stage.
