Lars Danielsson is one of the artists who have shaped the international jazz landscape for decades. Within the context of the supergroup 4 Wheel Drive, the Swedish bassist reinterpreted rock and pop classics; as a sideman to John Scofield, Nils Petter Molvær, and Randy Brecker, he served as a brilliant accompanist – and as a bandleader, he repeatedly delights audiences with his own compositions.
