Rotterdam native Niels Nieuborg goes by the name Arp Frique, and his band has been bringing a seductive mix of styles to the Netherlands and abroad since 2017. The band distinctively draws the best from the worlds of funk, afro, disco, and jazz, blending them into their own signature cocktail. Their energetic performances take dance festivals by storm, but they're just as at home at pop or jazz events. This year, they'll be sharing the stage with The Perpetual Singers, singer Brandon Delagraentiss, and singer Rocq-E Harrell, who has previously collaborated with Stevie Wonder and Patti LaBelle.
