The International Jazzfestival Viersen is a cultural event of supraregional importance and media appreciation. The artistic director Ali Haurand, the organizers Tobias Kremer, Georg Müller, Brigitte Baggen from the organizer of the city of Viersen with its active cultural department and the many volunteers are the special thanks for years. Also in 2015, all concerts were recorded by WDR television.
