Austin, Texas Bluser and Rokero Gary Clark Jr. played a 40-minute set in the 2012 SXSW festival's Rolling Rock Room day, including extended extended versions of songs from his latest EP, "The Bright Lights."
Bright Lights appeared in August 2011 and began to spread like a virus. And the truth is that this EP does not offer anything new: only issues that had already been heard previously in Clark Jr.'s work, better presented to facilitate accessibility to the masses.
The four tracks are enough to get the idea of how much the tan fits. "Bright Lights" is a blues rock style The Black Keys, with lots of street and very cool. A potential hit, which was the one that put Gary Clark Jr. in the orbit of all fans of the style.
