Dżem is a Polish Rock & Blues Group. With the band was connected one of the most famous singers of Polish music, Ryszard Riedel. The name of the band comes from the English word jam (session) which is pronounced, like Dęem in Polish (canned fruit). Jam was the first name of the band, but before one of their gigs a woman who was writing the band name has made a mistake. She wrote Dżem because of the same pronunciation.
