This documentary tells the incredible story of two Welsh farming brothers, Kingsley and Charles Ward, who transformed their family dairy farm into one of the most successful recording studios in the world, spawning four decades of legendary rock music.
They built the studio in the attic of a farmhouse, moved the animals out of barns, and moved the musicians into relatives’ rooms, effectively creating the first independent residential studio, Rockfield, where iconic rock artists later recorded, including Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
