Shortly after concluding an 18-month tour in support of its 2003 album HISTORY FOR SALE, Texan rock act Blue October performs at the Lakewood Theater in Dallas on June 4, 2004. The lengthy concert features material from across the band's career, including songs from all three albums HISTORY FOR SALE, THE ANSWERS, and CONSENT TO TREATMENT.
