Bryan Ferry is one of pop-rock music's most iconic singers and songwriters. He created the group Roxy Music in the early 70s which allowed him to combine his love for music and Pop Art. Their first single Virginia Plain released in 1972 is a real revelation but they mainly owe their success to the title Avalon released in 1983. This title is quickly recognized by critics as one of the most emblematic in the history of pop rock. After a few years, Bryan Ferry decided to leave the Roxy Music group to focus on his solo career. He released several solo albums including "These Foolish Things", "Another Time, Another Place", or "In Your Mind". In 1994, the musicians of Roxy Music and Bryan Ferry collaborated again together to deliver a beautiful album, "Mamouna". Throughout his career, Bryan Ferry multiplies the projects. In 2010, he surrounded himself with talented musicians and friends to release the album “Olympia” with Rhett Davies (The Hollies, King Crimson, Roxy Music, Dire Straits…), Brian Eno, David Gilmour, Jonny Greenwood (Radiohead), Nile Rodgers or Mani (The Stone Roses). 2014 marks the year of his fourteenth solo album “Anvonmore” where he reconnects with his refined pop-rock style. More recently, he released his highly acclaimed debut live album, which brings together classic tracks from his solo catalog and that of Roxy Music.
