Greensky Bluegrass kicked off their The Leap Year Sessions series of livestreamed concerts on Friday night. The quintet unveiled video featuring their performance of “Leap Year,” the song which gave the series its name, that ended Friday’s show.
The Leap Year Sessions will continue each Friday night this month and in September via HYFI.com. Greensky started this past Friday’s set by pairing their own “The Four” and Norton Buffalo’s “Ain’t No Bread In The Breadbox.” The band then played classic originals “Nine Days” and “200 Miles From Montana” ahead of a cover of “Hit Parade Of Love” by Jimmy Martin.
