Zsolt Kaltenecker's solo piano Revisited was premiered at Opus a year ago. He has selected a selection of his favorite pieces written for the record over the past 25 years. According to Zsolt's original idea, Revisited would have been a double album, with recordings made on the second disc, not on an acoustic piano, but on Nord keyboard instruments. When he started recording, he felt it was better to separate the two and deal with the electronic material separately at a later date.
So at this concert we can only hear Kaltenecker pieces on Nord instruments, including many rewritten older and new pieces, improvisations and some songs from Revisited as well.
