An outstanding cultural event in the Polish Sea region, the Arts Festival's solidarity aims to present artists from Poland and abroad. The first edition of the festival was held in 2009 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the fall of communism in Poland and the 70th anniversary of the outbreak of World War II. The event also promotes the artists and cultural institutions of the region of the three cities as well as the city of Gdansk.
