Duke Robillard (born Michael John Robillard on October 4, 1948 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island) is an American blues guitarist and singer.
A long-standing annual event in the Oklahoma City metro area that takes place in late June, the Norman Jazz began in 1984 and drew about 300 people. After the Norman Arts Association and the Council for the Humanities got involved, Norman Jazz exploded, with a crowd of over 50,000 participants enjoying the sweet sounds of jazz and blues on multiple stages, along with the fun festival atmosphere.
