It sure be nice, if a "download" link would actually work! And if we shouldn't download from here, but from somewhere else, then THIS PAGE shouldn't exist here! The download should be where it should be able to be downloaded.  So there shouldn't be a "download" button here, to click on, if we're NOT supposed to download from THIS PAGE.  
But whatever, this is confusing, and maddening.  The download doesn't work. All anyone will get, if they try, is THIS:
