Los Coronas is a Madrid group of surf rock and rock instrumental of the most important of Spain.
Founded by Fernando Pardo and David Krahe in 1991, its name is taken from Corona, Californian locality where Fender located its factory of production of guitars until 1991, year in which it moved to Arizona. The origins of the group go back to 1989, when Fernando Pardo - Ex Museum - tries to launch a project rock'n'roll "with much reverb and the pure surfing rhythm of Dick Dale".
