Chicago Blues: A Living History is a supergroup comprised of five great music players: Billy Boy Arnold, John Primer, Billy Branch, Carlos Johnson and Lurrie Bell, paying homage to that new form of blues that emerged in Chicago in the first half of twentieth century. This project began in 2009 with the release of an album, followed by a tour that featured guest artists such as Buddy Guy, James Cotton or Magic Slim.
