Born in Lebanon in 1950 to American parents and resident in Europe, Otis Grand is one of the musicians incorporated into the blues in the 1980s, when he was nominated for the Handy Blues and received the British Blues Connection for his work with the Dance Kings; In 1990 also received the prize to the best guitarist of blues by the English press, prize that would receive in several occasions later, as well as similar mentions in France and Germany. By layer and Grand style is one of the new blues classics.
