George "Buddy" Guy (July 30, 1936) is a guitarist and singer of American blues. He is known for being an innovative guitar within the Blues in Chicago and is one of the biggest influences for many guitarists like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughan, to name a few. He won a Grammy Award five times.

Buddy Guy's Legends is club in Chicago, Illinois. It was opened in 1989 by blues legend Buddy Guy still regular appearances, performing an annual residency every January. Legends is one of the last blues clubs left in Chicago, a city known for its own particular brand of blues. The club is and was regularly hosts blues greats such as Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, among others, and has developed an international reputation. In 2013 he became one of the few clubs offer blues concerts in Streaming.
