The master of the blues harmonica Wallace Coleman earned the status as a permanent companion of Robert Jr. Lockwood since 1987, traveling around the world with Blues legend and friend personal wanderings of Robert Johnson himself until his death in 1939.

In 1997, Coleman formed his own band and start a new stage in his career.

He also founded his own record label, and the first two titles in the catalog received nominations for the prestigious Living Blues Award, winning one in 2002.
